MDMA Reacts to OMB Proposal

The Bush Administration wrote to Congress outlining funding levels for the Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH). Unfortunately, the request fell $38 million short of the original agreement in the Medical Device User Fee and Modernization Act of 2002 (MDUFMA).
