Mark M. Sieczkarek

Mark Sieczkarek joined Conceptus in 2003 as President, Chief Executive Officer, and as a member of the company's Board of Directors. Prior to joining, he was President of the Americas for Bausch and Lomb, Inc., a full service ophthalmology company with eyecare products ranging from laser refractive surgery, contact lenses and pharmaceuticals, to consumer eyecare products. He originally joined the company in 1995 and served as Corporate Vice President from 1999 to 2001 and as President of both their European and American operations. Sieczkarek held executive level finance positions with Bristol-Myers-Squibb subsidiaries and Sanofi Diagnostics Pasteur from 1980 to 1993. Sieczkarek has Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Canisius College. Sieczkarek also serves on the Boards of Thermage, Inc., public company in the aesthetics industry, the Medical Device Manufacturers Association (MDMA), and is a Trustee on the Board of St. John Fisher College.
