Kenneth G. Hayes, Jr.
Kenneth Hayes serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Biomerix Corporation, a privately held materials company that develops and manufactures proprietary polymer materials and devices for the medical technology, industrial, and consumer markets. Prior to Biomerix, Ken was the President and CEO of Radiant Medical, a therapeutic hypothermia company until it was acquired by Zoll Medical in 2007. Ken served as President of Surgical Navigation Technologies and on the Management Board of Sofamor Danek, the leading spine company until it was acquired by Medtronic in 1999. Prior to Medtronic Sofamor Danek, he served as President of USCI, a C.R. Bard company. During his 17-year career with Johnson & Johnson. Ken progressed through a variety of sales, marketing and general management positions with Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Vistakon and Ethicon, Inc. He began his career in 1971 with Procter & Gamble in New York City. Ken serves on the Boards of Invuity, a private medical device company and the Medical Device Manufacturers Association (MDMA). Ken received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Marketing with Honors from Marist College.
